Shipping Policy

​All items from Grey Horse Workshop are handmade and custom created, so please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order ships. Many orders are completed sooner, but turnaround time may vary depending on current order volume.

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your package has been sent.

Please note:

• Turnaround time refers to production time and does not include shipping time.

• Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

• Grey Horse Workshop is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
