Return & Repair Policy – Grey Horse Workshop
Because most items from Grey Horse Workshop are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed.
However, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a defect or issue related to our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be a defect in workmanship, we will gladly:
• Repair the item, or
• Replace the item, if a repair is not possible.
Please note:
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery is not covered.
• Custom design preferences approved before production are not eligible for return or refund.
• Requests made after the 7-day window may not qualify for repair or replacement.
Our goal is always to make sure you receive a product you love, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right if something isn’t perfect.
